Maybe when they downsized the 7th Ward they moved Powerstown into Struthers, but never told them..

To me, "Shop Struthers" implies the businesses listed are in Struthers.

Inside the local newspaper this morning was an ad sheet for "Shop Struthers."

One of the businesses listed was Elmo Tire.  When did the business relocate to Struthers?
