Title: Snow removal in Youngstown
Post by: irishbobcat on January 25, 2013, 05:28:52 PM
As I made a round trip through Youngstown at the height of today's snowfall, why is it that the only road in Youngstown that was slagged and wet was the road from Riverside Gardens to Bear Den's Road in Mill Creek Park?

A few years back I heard the park has 6 trucks. It only has about 18 miles of road.

If that's the case then I'll be using Mill Creek Park roads for my daily snow commutes across town.....

Wen I lived on the west side and worked in Boardman,  I always did just that and the roads were almost always clear.

I was quite pleased when I found slagged and wet roads Friday in the park....
