My neighborhood will remain in the 3rd ward with my favorite councilman, so I'm happy.

Regardless of which of the three my ward will remain intact and the 4th ward will absorb most of the 5th, so many of the worries of the folks in our ward will be eased, and the 4th Ward will get the best part of the 5th Ward, but look at how the 3rd Ward has been chopped most of the lower part of the 3rd Ward will be in the old 6th Ward.

Referring to the first link - I certainly hope that the Hispanic students are being required to learn English.
