Wealthy people tend to be more intelligent and capable than the average person.  Their wealth is comparable to their contributions made to society.  When choosing people from the private sector to enter government, those at the top are going to be the best picks for the job. 

We as a country are at a crossroads.  Do we keep digging ourselves a hole of debt, which is guaranteed to eventually collapse this entire country, or do we try to save it and pull ourselves out?  Yeah social programs are nice to help people's short term needs, but the excessive spending will eventually sink us and it really does not help people over the long term. 

Sometimes the answer to poverty is to not have children and to not engage in behaviors that perpetuate poverty.

So far, Mr. Trump's Cabinet picks have a combined net worth of more than $14 billion, based on estimates from Forbes and other sources. Given that many positions have yet to be filled, it's likely that total will increase in the coming weeks.
