Why are the meetings held in the morning when most people work? Shouldn't they meet in the evening to allow more people to attend and possibly voice their opinion?

Just like Youngstown City Council, the county commissioners do not want the average citizen involved in government.

Maybe because the average citizen in Youngstown sold their vote and soul for the food card, free gas and elect., wrta, cell phone and medical.
