If you ever have a change to go to BoJo's, let us know if the malt is as good as you remember.

As a youth my Mother and I stopped in at Strouss for a Malt after the movies, and later when she worked at Strouss I would meet her at lunch time and would have a Malt while she had her lunch. Those were great days. Strouss has been closed for so long that I doubt that there is anyone who could absolutely say YES because no one today has the exact recipe for those original Strouss Malts.

Did any Forum member ever have a Strouss' Malt?

The reason for the question is this.  BoJo's Creamery, 1412 S. Raccoon Road in Austintown, claims to have the flavor of the original Strouss' Malt.  I never had the original Strouss' Malt so I do not know if this business has the real thing.

If you tried Bojo's malt, what did you think?

If you are old enough to have had a Strouss' Malt, try this business' malt and let us know if is as they claim.
