The same was true on our side of town Jay. We applaud the Rocky Ridge people, but we also applaud the neighborhood groups of the 7th Ward. Neighbors caring for neighbors. This is what makes neighborhood groups so important.

A violent storm just passed through the Rocky Ridge Neighborhood.  Tree limbs were down, streets were flooded, utility lines were down and many of those new trash carts were blown over.  Also on S. Hazelwood a trampoline was blown into the middle of the street.

It didn't take long for neighbors to rise to the occasion.  Tree limps were pulled off the street.  Three neighbors joined together to pull the trampoline off the street.  Traffic is moving again.
